Mr. Emert's involvement focuses on the use of his creative talents investigating additional business opportunities for the company. His support on a regular basis for his vast technical and industry knowledge keeps DHPS at the forefront of the industry worldwide.

J. uses his years of management experience to support DHPS's Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, and Purchasing activities. Skilled at problem solving, and focused on getting results, J. is the internal "go to" man!
Ray Falkenrath Vice President Business Development
With an extensive background in the automotive and HD engine parts industry, Ray supports the development of products and programs that meet both existing customer's and new customers needs. Past experience includes Hi-Tech Engine Components, MAHLE, and Delphi.
Amy Blizzard CFO
Carefully manages the accounting functions of this growing business. Skilled at alerting the management team to the trends and objectives related to cash flow, profitability, sales volume, and overhead. Coordinates the activities of the staff involved in critical IT functions, telecom systems, and manpower utilization.
Clancy Johnson Lenoir City, TN Plant Manager
After 35 years of plant management responsibility with Cummins Engine Company, Mr. Johnson has joined DHPS as the plant manager of the DHPS Lenoir City, TN manufacturing plant. His impressive educational background which includes BS and MS business management degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University and is only overshadowed by his long history of producing impressive operational results!
Mark Wilson Production Manager
Attention to detail by Mark assures the high quality of the product manufactured by DHPS. An additional responsibility is the administration of the DHPS warranty department. These activities allow Mark to be totally involved in the entire product production chain, from raw material/cores to production and finally to the time critical communication with customers on any issues that may arise. Mark is a true professional at implementing continuous improvement!
