Product Analysts sort through all the information gathered by the Production Managers,
analyze it, and answer those key questions. |

multiple calls to manufacturers and deal with less-than urgent service. Our
Representatives will answer your questions, gather technical information, quote prices and

Warehouse Workers
Our warehouse workers keep track of inventory, receive, stock, ship, and control
inventory so your stock orders can be filled and shipped within one working day. |

Traffic
Shipping arrangements for your orders are made through our Traffic Department. They
work with our contracted freight carriers and UPS to determine the very best way to ship
your orders with the most economical rates. For your factory drop-ship orders, they work
with the carriers to make sure your merchandise ships correctly. |
